The pillowtop pad enhances the plushness of the mattress and it also absorbs body weight, reducing wear on the underlying mattress, which can extend its lifespan. Recommended on the Nature Luxe Mattress. The removable design makes rotating or flipping the mattress more manageable as compared to mattresses with sewnin pillowtops.
